Hi all,

I would like to get the better solution to integrate with Zapier. If any one have an idea or any modules will you have, just suggest me well.

Is the only required functionality that agents submit tickets, and do the agents know which CRM to update? If this is the case (and assuming the SaaS CRM software you're using have Zapier integrations with the appropriate triggers/actions), a form software could easily solve the problem.

You would need to format the form with conditional logic that asks the agents to enter the relevant information for the ticket (CRM name, type: call vs email, date/time, notes, etc.), and upon form submission, Zapier would update the relevant CRM (likely using Paths).

If they don't know which CRM to update, you'll need to include some search functionality, but this should be doable (just a little more complex).
