I want to switch to Odoo accounting module in the middle of the year. Is it possible to import my accounting data from another accounting software ? If yes how can I do. If not, which advice will you give me?

Hello,
You can import the balances of accounts for a specific date. And from that date onwards, you can continue entering the transactions in Odoo. It's easy to import the Journal entries into the system using an excel file.

Should I import invoices and partners first?
You can import the master first. It means the partners, products etc.. Then you can import the invoices as Journal entry as well.
