How to import my accounting data in Odoo

Hello,
I want to switch to Odoo accounting module in the middle of the year. Is it possible to import my accounting data from another accounting software ? If yes how can I do. If not, which advice will you give me?

Hello,
You can import the balances of accounts for a specific date. And from that date onwards, you can continue entering the transactions in Odoo. It's easy to import the Journal entries into the system using an excel file.
