Na jarenlang gebruik te hebben gemaakt van Microsoft Navision was het tijd voor vernieuwing. Niet alleen omdat Navision end-of-life is verklaard, maar vooral omdat Hart Haarlem zich de afgelopen jaren inhoudelijk sterk heeft ontwikkeld. De behoefte aan een flexibeler en toekomstbestendig platform groeide.
Samen met Radical Fanatics werd gekozen voor Odoo. In de eerste fase is het cultuurmenu geïmplementeerd: een omgeving waarin scholen eenvoudig kunnen kiezen uit het aanbod van workshops, projecten en activiteiten. Dit menu is geïntegreerd met andere kernprocessen zoals CRM, Events, Projecten, eCommerce en een klantenportaal.
Via dit portaal hebben scholen en andere deelnemers inzicht in hun eigen gegevens en afgenomen diensten. Events kunnen zowel open als besloten worden opgezet, en inschrijvingen worden automatisch gekoppeld aan de juiste contactpersonen en instellingen. Daarnaast biedt Odoo de mogelijkheid om op een toegankelijke manier rapportages te genereren voor zowel intern gebruik als externe verantwoording richting fondsen en gemeenten.
Met Odoo beschikt Hart Haarlem over een modulair en gebruikersvriendelijk systeem dat meegroeit met de organisatie. Het ondersteunt de missie van Hart om cultuuronderwijs breed toegankelijk te maken – op een moderne en efficiënte manier. Extraterritoriale
