Hello, I'm using Odoo V15 (online) and I'd like to have the body of a mail automatically inserted in ticket description when creating ticket from email.

Yes, for the moment when a ticket is sent to support@..... it creates a ticket with the ticket title = to mail subject.
I'd like to have also the email body stored in the ticket description
Nobody has a solution for this. I suppose it is a standard question

Hi, currently how it's working on your ERP? any ticket is created with the mail title of ticket title?
