Dear All,


One of our customer using Odoo16EE. We have connected GST account and enabled production environment and Refresh token options in settings. Everthing is fine.


But when we push the GSTR-1 Report to GST Portal using Odoo Default GST Return Period Feature, The status shows "Sending" for Long period. It doesn't change to any status.

Please suggest what should We do to make this work.

  1. Check API connectivity: Ensure the GST portal API is accessible from your Odoo instance.
  2. Validate GSTIN details: Confirm that the GSTIN and other credentials are correctly configured in Odoo.
  3. Check logs: Review the Odoo logs for any errors during the submission process.
  4. Verify GST Return Period: Make sure the correct GST return period is selected and matches the reporting period for the data.
  5. GST Portal Status: Sometimes, the issue could be on the GST portal’s end. Check if the portal is experiencing downtime or delays.

If the issue persists, try resubmitting after some time, or consider contacting Odoo support for more specific troubleshooting.

Idenfied that Scheduled Action to post the File as Json is not running. After making it , it works
