I have seen that if you configure some settings in Odoo you will see new features in others Apps, is there a way to know wich are these posible changes?, or if there is a manual or document to know this.

Odoo's flexibility allows numerous configurations/settings and you can learn using Odoo by creating your DB for free or testing the demo version, reading the documentation, watching the tutorial videos and/or the official youtube channel, or OCA videos, or many other interesting videos and tutorials developed by Odoo partners and ambassadors.
Further you can also certify your knowledge.
