When I create a price of a product using discount or formula the price displayed in the price-list It showing. However, when I go and do a sales order it calculates OK.
Sales > price-list > select one> add line > select discount or formula > select a product X
Now:
from anywhere, go to: The product X > select Price-list ==> the price shows as Zero.
However:
if you create a sales order and add product X the price calculates correctly.
What I understood is when you choose, for example a 5% discount, on Item A with given unit price of $10, the total or unit price turns to be $0 instead of $9.5
If this is the case, you first have to set $10 as sales price for Item A on product page (access by clicking right arrow appearing beside product name), in this way, Odoo will take price automatically, apply discount and show discounted price.

Did you manage to solve this issue? For my case, when I set a formula based pricing, it just displays "% discount + surcharge" on where the price is supposed to be. Whereas if you open the "extra prices" on a product, it displays 0.
