Hey,
How can I add code into it?
I can not find it under Customise Theme > HTML/CSS/JS Editor.
Also not under Settings > Technical > User Interface > Views.
I would be very grateful if someone could help me to right direction. Thanks!

Depending what you want to do:
The general layout is defined in web.external_layout for all the reports as quotation and invoices.
The details for the quotation report it self:
under: Technical > Reports > Quotation / Order
you'll find the report settings for quotation, on teh right should be a button "QWeb views" which shows you the views for the report.
the view "report_saleorder_document" is most likely what you want to customize.
I am looking for the template used to generate the portal page, not pdf.
