I’m encountering a persistent issue in Odoo.sh where I can no longer drag builds between environments (for example, from Development to Staging or Production).

When I click and attempt to drag a build, the cursor changes to a pointer-finger icon instead of the normal four-arrow “move” cursor, and the drop zone never activates. The operation fails silently — no error message appears, and there are no permission or network errors in the browser console.

Other users in the same Odoo.sh project, with identical admin rights, can drag and drop builds successfully. On a different computer using my same Odoo.sh and GitHub accounts, the drag-and-drop works perfectly. The problem occurs only on one specific Windows computer, regardless of which browser or user account I use.

This issue appeared recently, after working flawlessly for years on this same machine. No major hardware or OS changes were made right before it started.

Troubleshooting already performed:

• Confirmed I am listed as Project Admin in Odoo.sh.
• Tried multiple browsers (Chrome, Edge, Firefox).
• Cleared all cache and cookies.
• Tested in Incognito / Private Mode.
• Revoked and re-authorized GitHub OAuth.
• Reinstalled Chrome (initially installed with Hebrew UI, later reset to English).
• Disabled hardware acceleration.
• Disabled or uninstalled all browser extensions.
• Uninstalled Snagit (screen capture) and closed Ditto (clipboard manager).
• Created a brand-new Windows local user profile — issue persists there too.
• Verified the same project and builds can be dragged successfully from another PC.

This strongly suggests the cause is not Odoo.sh, not my account, and not the browsers themselves, but something at the Windows system level on this computer.

The pointer-finger cursor indicates that the browser isn’t firing the dragstart event at all — meaning something in the OS is intercepting or altering mouse-down and drag behavior before it reaches the browser.

Possible causes may include:

• a background service or overlay intercepting input events,
• a mouse or touchpad driver issue,
• a GPU or UI acceleration conflict, or
• OS-level corruption affecting HTML5 drag-and-drop handling.

Has anyone encountered a case where browser-based drag-and-drop suddenly stopped working on one Windows system, particularly in Odoo.sh? Any known conflicts with input drivers, overlays, or recent Windows 11 updates would be very helpful.
