I upgraded Odoo 13 from community version to enterprise using the .deb package. Everything was successful and I logged into the web portal for my database as administrator/superuser. I installed the web_enterprise module and refreshed the portal only to be greeted by the below error message. I can enter my log in info but when I press log in all I can see is a white blank page with this error again shown. Thanks!

Could not get content for /web_enterprise/static/src/scss/ui.scss defined in bundle 'web.assets_common'.
Could not get content for /web_enterprise/static/src/scss/fonts.scss defined in bundle 'web.assets_common'.

web_enterprise does not exist and do not know where it comes from

Based on the above error check the above folder and file is available.
if available, restart the server, upgrade module and reload the page.
If still error check the odoo 13 related python library module.
