Hi,

I have a question. How can I set permissions for 2 support team members in such a way, that they can assign Activities from the Opportunity panel (in Leads), but do not see the dialogue between the customer and the sales team (2 members) (no access to invoices, conversations, emails, etc.)?

I would also like all consultations and progress of the support team's work to be invisible to the sales team.

I tried to do this in Access Rights for groups (in developer mode), but it didn't help. The support team member either saw everything or nothing. Does anyone know how to set this up? Thank you in advance.
