I can't enable cash control in POS session ? is it moved to enterprise edition ?

Hi,
Seems it is still in the community edition. Checking the pos configuration, there we have the option to enable the cash control.
Also odoo is trying to improve the pos in the odoo community edition.

Yes, for me also the feature showing... But some times unable to enable cash control (can't make it true).. what may be the issue ? is there any condition in coding ?
