A property is to be leased for 10 years, billed every six months. However the owner wants to have a contract (approved in the form of quotation) with tenant that the yearly rent shall increase by 2% every year.
I have 2 challenges - How to create an offer covering this 10 years period and How to setup Subscription products/pricing or Pricelist to tackle this scenario? TIA.
