Purchase, Store and Sell in different units

Question

Hi all,
We purchase and store our paper inventory in Rolls, but cater to several different markets that we sell to in Square Meter, Square Ft, and Rolls.
The different UoM should also reflect in the invoices to said customer
How do I set up Odoo to purchase and store inventory in one unit, and sell in other units?
Ps, on Odoo 13 using a test DB
