In Accounting module when I trying to connect to a bank in 'Account Recovery setup' step I have a problem. I enter my mobile phone number, click on 'Send code' and I do not receive SMS.

Has anyone encountered such a problem? What could be the reason?

If you have such a problem - write to Odoo support and they will manually give you an SMS code:
