Problem activating database

Question

I am trying to login through the database activation link sent through email although my email and password are correct I can't login and activate my new database.

I am still not being able to activate my online database neither I can view it in My Databases page

Hi,
If you are talking about the odoo online database, you can try as follows:
* Login to odoo.com [1]  account from this link:   https://www.odoo.com/web/login [2]
*  https://www.odoo.com/my/databases [3]    After login switch to this URL and see if you can see your db here
* If db is listed here, login by clicking the connect button
