In our Odoo 14 we have configured under the Product Template > eCommerce > Availability Settings as "Show inventory on website and prevent sales if not enough stock"

Ideally we want to show stock on website but also sell regardless of inventory. Is there a default way to do this?

Also, on the website a message appears saying "Temporarily out of stock" for 0 quantity, is there any way to edit this message to say something else?
