How we can directly open the compose mail box when we click on Send Email button in chatter area?

Here is the button screen.

I don't want to open this internal chat box.

Instead i want to open this directly.

Right now this above screen appear when we click on this

the las icon no.4. fa-pencil.

How can we redirect action in Qweb templates?

Any help appreciated
