I like to delete all my Bank entries (Accounting) and installed module 'account_cancel'. But I still can not delete some booking lines in the journal bank.
how to delete journal lines / bank entries ?

It will work. please try this...
1.activate the developer mode
2. Go to Accounting/Accounting/journals
Select your journal
In the advanced settings Tab, tick the Allow Cancelling Entries field.
Then you can Cancel the Journal Entries.

After tryin out for hours reconcile entries in my bank journal I don't see a workflow how to delete all my journal entries.
Can someone guide me how to delete all entries of all journals like delete the whole accounting history?
Why I'm doing that?: becose I have to import new Chart of Accounts and need to have empty journals
considering you are doing such an operation in odoo, I believe there is no production data there; if so, maybe just try to uninstall accounting? I believe all data entered should be removed, and after installing it back you shoul dbe able to use new chart of account

I already uninstalled accounting -- but still the journal entries are there becose of 'sales' (I also have sales installed). I can not uninstall sales as well becose of customer informations. So this is a problem and the best way would be just to clean up whole accounting history.
I ther really no solution to just delete bank journal entries?

I'm pretty sure Odoo tells you why it doesn't want to delete certain entries. There are many possible reasons for this.
