Hello guys,


I have a few questions regarding Odoo helpdesk module:


1. We have setup ticket opening by email , it works fine but how can set how often Odoo fetches emails from the account to create tickets ?

2. Is there a way to get notified when a new ticket is opened ? We have created a Helpdesk team and added members but none receives emails until a ticket is assigned to someone or if you follow that ticket manually. What we want is for all team members to receive an email when the ticket is open regardless of who is assigned on it or following it.

3. The Help Center and eLearning options in Helpdesk settings are disabled and cannot be enabled , has this something to do with our licensing ?

For 2. You can set default followers of the document(helpdesk ticket) to be all of your personnel who need to be notified.
