Hi,
We use a sync tool to get all the products to a webshop software.
My current issue is, that new Products are sent to the shop with an old name (with (Copy) in the end because we duplicate the new products and change few values).
Now i manually grabbed the products over an API Call and see most of the new ones show up with the (Copy) in the back, but in Odoo itself it shows with the correct name.
Can it be a caching issue? If yes how can i fix this?
We use Odoo Online

For me the behaviour is directly the opposite. I edit it in Odoo but API shows old entries
I use product.product. i checked the products title translation and it was that too. for German/german it was correct, but for english it was the old one.
when i manually changed it to the correct name in english it works.
but i deactivated english now and still got the same issue with the rest of the products.
Any idea how i can fix the rest?

I have the same type of issue (here: XMLRPC clearing caches).
My api calls show the right values, but Odoo show the old ones.
I am trying to update the cache through some code in Studio but without great success so far.
I can't post comments on your answer (the karma thing). Are use querying the product.template or the product.product ?

I've just updated about one hundred products on Odoo and my api calls show the old values this morning. There is definitly an issue with the clear cache thing, but I don't know how to use it and the Odoo team does not answer.
