Odoo 13 Receipt Printing

Hello,
We have receipt printers connected with a Raspberry Pi working with an instance of Odoo 9 and we are now working on a new separate instance based on Odoo 13. So far when I try to I use the old printing setup I get that the printer is offline. Is Odoo 13 compatible with printing through Raspberry Pi (as an IOT) and if so are there any software updates required on the Raspberry Pi ?
Otherwise what are the step to follow in order to setup a ticket printing on the community version of Odoo 1

Why not use IoT Box who are free and that you can use in CE ?
