You can edit the Task and update the value in the Project field on the Task form.

using kanban view
open tasks kanban view remove all existing filter from search panel then group by it project now using drag and drop you can move task one project to another project

using from view
open task form view there is "Project" as many2one field select the project in which you want to move the task
