Is there a way to suppress, or not display, rows for which all column values are zero using MIS Builder?

Here is an example:  Accounts 5090 and 5095 have no activity or budgets for the date range selected.  The report displays zeros in each column for these rows.  Since all column values for those accounts are zero, I'd like to suppress them when the reports displays, but have not found a way to do that.

In the example above Accounts 5090 and 5095 are not KPIs.  My KPI is "Cost of Good Sold" and I have checked the box to display details by account.

The result is the same if I create the accounts as KPI:

Is there a way to suppress rows resulting in all zero values?
