Odoo has no problem with putting products at cost 0. What problem are you facing? Can you expand the information a bit?

Firstly, I use perpetual method in system (config Inventory Valuation is Automated). Then I receipt goods but not from Purchase Order, or I update Qty on Hand => the System inform error: "The cost of item xxx is currently equal to 0. Change the cost or the configuration of your product to avoid an incorrect valuation". So I mean Odoo 12 is not manage item cost equal 0. Can you give me solution?
