Make the application menu clickable

hi, I want to customize the clickable applications menu as in the business version, kind of being able to open the application or the module by clicking on the icon (odoo community v15). can someone give me some steps please. thanks in advance

Hi,
For this you can download and install some theme from the odoo app store.
