So we tried Odoo and suites our needs perfectly. We have already bought an one year subscription for 10 users, and ready to go. Greek accounting seems perfect so we have no issues. Our plan was to play around and experiment create a Customs Clearance module for our company which we already have in Java coding and start from 01/01/2016.


But we didn't know that converting Java to Python was not so easy, we are no developers you see, just Customs Agents....


Now we are off schedule...


Any hints or advises would be highly aprreciated, given that this is a TOP TOP urgent project for us.

You need to hire someone for doing that project. Conform a budget and timeline for the project and describe your needs and the solution that you already have in Java, the frameworks and library used and then you can move forward.

If you are not developers, stop wasting time while maybe asking the wrong questions. Even if your existing module would be in Python, you would be lost without having the necessary development experience. You have a full service contract with Odoo, ask them.
