On server IP i getting error " IOError: [Errno 5] Input/output error " while installing module or sometime it comes automatically, But when i rastarting the server error solved. So, what is the reason behind that. Is there any solution for this problem? I also attached screenshot of error below.

Hie, Are you running / restarting server with any odoo services or its just addons path you are using ? I tried with nohup command so its solved my issue same like this.

I am using ubuntu 16.04 for odoo10 on server and restarting service by command postgres@odoo:/opt/odoo/odoo-10.0$ ./odoo-bin
1)Is there any configuration you customised (Odoo / Postgres) ?
2) Try to run odoo with superuser (user having enough rights)
And also pull the latest updates of odoo10 and try in new db.
