Hello,

I work for a consultant company and we use Odoo V11 community.

I need an help, how to set up this scenario.

I create invoice on timesheet, for example the 3rd of July I need to invoice the hours from the 1st of June to the 30th of June and not the hours that I have signt the 1st of July. How can I do this? because from Order when I create the invoice, it get all the hours from the last invoice and I can not choose the period.

Thank you for your help.

Hi Paolo, have you found a solution for this? I'm facing the same issue.

Hi there,

as I am also very interested in how to do this and I have found this ... https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/13.0/manatec_invoice_times/

But this App is for V12.0 and V13.0 and I have asked the programmer if it's also available for V11.0

Hi Paolo:

One option, using out of the box functionality, is to set up the Service product to be Invoiced based on Milestones. When it is time to bill the client, you can add up the hours for the last month and update the Delivered Quantity in the Sales Order by adding these hours to the value that is already there in the Delivered Quantity field. When you generate the Invoice, it will get generated for the additional quantity. You can keep doing this incrementally every month.

It might be worth to take a look at the Project Timeline AddOn

I'm also very interested in how to do this.  We also need to be able to invoice a subset of the timesheet entries. The consultant enters time daily, but the invoices are for the prior period.
