in 18 latest version do Odoo remove create expense button and replace with split ?

Previously we have create expense button, this really help since we need one to many transaction, it means one form expense has many lines, is it correct that odoo remove it and replace with split ? What the reason ? when we use split it each will create different expense transaction which is not our expectation.
Is there any way to have the lines again ?
