Hi,
1) I am using free POS app, which includes inventory and invoice app
2) I have imported my products into odoo using Inventory -> Master -> Products -> Import
3) I'm now trying to import the Quantity on Hand using Inventory -> Operations -> Inventory Adjustments
3a) I created a Inventory Adjustment record.
3b) I am now trying to import Inventory Lines
But I keep getting errors like

Would someone be able to advise how to use import to update Quantity on Hand?
Looks like a mismatch in external id values.
Export the Inventory Lines to an importable csv, update the Counted Quantity (product_qty) field in the file and import it back into Odoo - import only the product_qty field since that is the only field you want to update. This will ensure that there is no mismatch between the external id in Odoo and the data file.
Paresh, I think I understand what you mean. I have to create all the inventory lines that I want to update first. Then export it and update the product count via the excel file. And finally import the excel file again. Am I right?

HI Aswini, in the link, it says I can create a new Inventory Adjustment and select All Products and Start Inventory. But I don't find that option.

The "All Products" option was available till Odoo 12. It seems to have been removed in Odoo 13. If you leave the Products field empty, the Inventory Adjustment lines will be pre-populated with all the products.
I see. Actually I created 1 product manually. And I imported about 80 other products via Products -> Import
The weird thing is that when I tried to do Inventory Valuation (import inventory lines) and left the Product fields empty, only that 1 product that I created manually appears. The other 80 imported products doesn't appear. Do you happen to know why? Perhaps some missing field or settings?
Is the Product Type set to "Storable Product" ?
Just noticed one more thing that seems to be a little different than before. Only Products with a qty on hand seem to be getting pre-populated. Previously, it used to populate all products irrespective of qty on hand.
Yup all my products are set as storable.
All my imported products do not have a QoH since during product import, they don't allow us to update QoH.
