How to import a new revision of language from Launchpad (or is there some other place?). I would like to get full path from language files (addons, server, web in server) into the user using that language. Now this seems to be a missing link.

You can do bzr up or bzr pull so through this command your server folder will updated or branch maybe revised. Note: to perform this go to appropriate directory of server,addons or web module.
