Is there a way for me to view Orderpoints in Odoo?

We keep having RFQs created for parts that have no demand in the system.  It seems like there is something that is triggering the system to order parts when it doesn't need to (only for a few parts).  We have checked the reordering rules, the forecast, etc. and there is nothing that we can find that would indicate why an order is being placed.  When we look at the Source Document on the RFQ it says OP/12527 - MO/00873.  I want to know how I can view OP/12527.  M0/00873 was deleted, so there should not be any demand from that manufacturing order.
