I would like to change the behavior of the POS. I'm using Odoo Pos on my restaurant and when you select twice the same item it will be added on a single line.  Problem is sometimes we need to fill special orders, like double cheese, less tomatoes and so on. 

If the POS groups the items is quite impossible understand what I need to do with the dish and till now we need to create a second KOT to avoid this kind of issues. Is there a way to change how order is processed by the pos?
