How to migrate db odoo 12 - 13?

Question

I need to migrate the database from Odoo 12 to version 13 and I'm trying to do it with the OpenUpgrade library. However, I can't find enough information on how to do it. I can't find tutorials anywhere, and from branch 10 of OpenUpgrade, the migrate.py script doesn't exist.
Does anyone have a tutorial or can explain to me how to migrate between these two versions and onwards?
