Hi,
The app "Open HRMS Overtime” in Odoo can help you manage overtime and link it to payroll. This module OHRMS overtime could be useful for create overtime request based on days and hours. These overtime could be utilise as leave allocation or cash payment.

I developed full solution enabling employee to submit working overtime request then approved by direct manager and integrated with fingerprint attendance to make ensure of sign-out action made by employee in overtime working date, then make integration with monthly payslip to give accrued overtime money to employee.
