if user selects one option from many2one and saved that record, after if user create the new record so from many2one that option should be hide (if user used one option than it's should be able to use again)

Are you sure that each many2one data will be used only once in say life time or do you have any other conditions that he can use it later?
or
He/she can select that many2one in future records only when old records with that many2one are completely processed??
karthickeyan N R, condition is like per user login, if that user used that option than it's should not able to use again but other which users didn't use they can use that option
i hope you understand
