I want to get starting and endind dates and I want to get the inventory of it.
is there any wizard available in odoo 8? any report ? can anyone suggest me on that?

On version 8, in REPORTING / WAREHOUSE / STOCK VALUATION,
You can check the box "choose particular date" on the wizard and get the inventory at the date you have chosen.
