I need to host my odoo designed template in my own server so i need the source code and databases of the template. so how it is possible and how can i get those things...

Odoo community is open source. You can access the code repository on Github and/or install it using your preferred method as described in the installation instructions.
Please you can download either from github or Odoo nightly builds.
