Recruitment Module Demo Data default available in the locations

addons/hr_recruitment/hr_recruitment_data.xml

Openerp click the link "Manage Databases" and create a new database with tick the check box "Load demonstration data" and install recruitment module its shows with demo data.

To add more test data create custom module and create test data xml file.
