please guide to configure and access all modules, my custom modules and provided by Odoo.

Using VSCode, you can work with either a local WSL container or a remote VM.
WSL is pretty well integrated, remote VM can be accessed using an SSH tunnel.
I've been using the Odoo Shortcuts, the official Odoo language server and the Odoo IDE extensions to pretty good result. Autocomplete and xml peeking work pretty well and Odoo shortcuts allow you to have a few different configs to start the odoo server which is handy.
