I am using Odoo 14.0. Sending a quotation to a client, Odoo automatically adds "Best regards," on top of my Email signature. I defined my Email signature under preferences.
Furthermore I don't like the header "Your Quotation S00050"
How can I change these?

You might require to modify the mail notification templates "Mail: Pay Now mail notification template"
Setting > Technical > Views > "Mail: Pay Now mail notification template"

Thanks a lot for the hint. However I don't have this template. Where can I check from which template this characteristics are inherited? I also wonder why "Your Quotation S00050" changes with my language preferences and not the ones of the customer...
You would be able to get to this from Setting > Technical > Views > "Mail: Pay Now mail notification template"
The email templates are where the --content-- can be defined.
