there is some websites like \https://www.omdbapi.com so how can i get the movies form it as products in odoo and make automatic purchas orders to thos products ,

At a conceptual level, what you need to do is write a controller that retrieves the data from the external site. The appropriate route within the controller can then be called from the backend.
You may want to study the web_unsplash module which is a part of the Odoo code to understand specifics.
