How do i add an additional field to the Quote

Question

Hi All,

I need help adding a new field called EventDate to the Quote and  Sales Order objects.
I am using the hosted version of open erp and belive there is  a way of adding using the UI and configuration.

I am new to Open ERP.Please help.
