Check first you have hr timesheet Apps, if yes then you have to override project action like

If you have helpdesk timesheet installed then override project action like
<record id="project.open_view_project_all" model="ir.actions.act_window">
<field name="domain">[('helpdesk_team', '=', False)]field>
