In my xml view:

I got the following error message:
odoo.tools.convert.ParseError: "External ID not found in the system: mass_mailing.action_view_mail_mail_statistics"
KeyError: ('ir.model.data', <function IrModelData.xmlid_lookup at 0x7fe8fa6c8730>, 'mass_mailing.action_view_mail_mail_statistics'
Please help me.

Hi Aung,

you must add depend module in manifest file of your module before install your module.

depends=['mass_mailing', '..etc' ]

Hi,

In the above code you have inherited a view and add new button to it, you have defined the button of type action, so on clicking the button it will execute the action given in the name. Here the issue is that, there is no action in the given name in the system.

You have given the name of the button as mass_mailing.xyz so on clicking the button/or while installing system will check for corresponding record with id xyz in mass_mailing modules, as a result of this check up, system cannot find a record with given ID inside the mass_mailing module.

So just make sure that you have given the external ID of the existing action is called correctly.
