the pad_project is a standard and certified module for v7 that convert the description field of a project task to an etherpad document.
just noticed the title was about project issues while the text speaks about tasks. in this case i'm not aware of any modules, but it's a very simple modification
I see :-), I'll try to write little module to extend the project issues
