Previously there was no problem when inputting a value above 3 billion to submit an expenses report, but now you can only input a maximum value of 2,147,483,647.
The filed type does not change to integrel, the status is still monetary.

Sorry, the problem has been resolved, assisted by direct odoo time support,
The problem turned out to be that there was an additional filing that I created to calculate the results of reducing total_amount with other filings with type integrel.
This was not detected because I no longer used the filed and did not appear in the expenses report and I forgot to delete it.
by saying, "previously", can you put more information about what may have been done between the time it was working well and when it became error. also, please provide your Odoo version and edition.

pada agustus 2023 sempat membuat transaksi diatas 3 milyar, setelahnya tidak ada transaksi lagi yang melebihi nilai integrel.
dan baru minggu ini saya mengetahui kendala ini karena baru mau membuat expenses dengan nilai besar.
jadi saya tidak dapat memastikan kapan dan setelah melakukan hal apa masalah ini muncul

I tried in Odoo16 Runbot Instance via Odoo16 Runbot Expense and that working fine and not getting issue. Could you please try it on this instance else provide detail steps for further investigation your issue.
I posted more/equal amount entry in Expense report and working fine.

I think you need to access the database to change the data type of that field to BIGINT or NUMERIC
I haven't found a way to do this in Odoo Studio
Which version of Odoo are you using? In my Odoo 18 version, I can enter a value much higher than your limit, just like a previous comment mentioned.

I have previously done this without any problems, and in 2023 I also made a transaction value of over 3 billion and there were no problems.
So now I need to find out what I did accidentally that messed up the data base, because so far I've only made changes through Odoo Studio, and added paid and free third party applications that I got from Odoo Apps.
