Hello, I've in the process of connecting my ebay account to my odoo account. Everything has gone somewhat smoothly this experience. However, when running my "test" setup through my Odoo sandbox I had the ability to synchronize my ebay policies, categories, and countries & currencies.
When looking for the synchronization on the Odoo production I notice it's not appearing. I've done everything the exact same when it comes to the connection between sandbox and production from odoo and ebay. I'm hoping this is an easy fix and I'm just missing something but please help!!!
